Calendar Properties

Calendars can be assigned to jobs to determine selective scheduling of runs based on an alphabetic "mark" on particular days. Calendars can be modified to behave in a wide variety of ways to suit the needs of virtually any scheduling strategy. You can set up calendars to allow runs only on weekdays, only on weekends, on specific days or any combination of these. You can choose between having off days suppressed or slide the job run to the next day.

In order to modify a calendar

• Right click on a calendar in the Schedule Explorer or
• Double click on a month in the calendar view.

The property page for the calendar will appear.
