The General settings for Workgroups determine how the members of the workgroup behave and how the database is distributed. These settings can effect the performance of your jobsets so they should be set with the ratings of the members in mind. The Power rating, job limit and Votes should all be kept in mind when setting up the execution mode of the Workgroup. The settings are described below.
