Setting Printing Options

Using the Printing Options tab, you can configure how the job printout is handled by SCHEDULE. The job screen will print out over a page or series of pages depending on the scale factor and Multipage Overlap. For instance if you want to print the job group window on a single page, you can turn the Scale factor down until the Pages required field reads 1x1. The default for 100% is 2 pages x 1 page.

To set the Print Options, select the Printing tab from the Options dialog.

Description

Paper Color

To set the background color for the printout, click on the Paper Color button and select from a full spectrum of colors in the Windows palette. White is the default.

Scale factor

Setting the scale factor determines how the document is scaled to be printed. Down scaling may be useful for a large number of jobs that need to be printed to a single page. The Scale factor affects the pages required field. Scale down to lower the number of pages needed. Scale up to increase the number of pages needed.

Multipage Overlap

This determines how much overlap is desired when printing the document on multiple pages.

Pages required

The Pages required field is automatically determined by the scale factor.
