3.5.6 List dir names...

The List dir names... selection displays a numbered list of all directories that are in the current job group. This can be used anytime directory information is needed on the jobs. The numbers are used in the Number from list style of directory name display.

In order to list the directory names, select List dir names... from the Display menu. A list will appear, listing the directories in the current job group as shown below.

3.5.7 Redraw

The Redraw feature can be used any time a visible part of the job group window is not completely drawn correctly. This may be caused by other windows interacting with the job group window or other system animolies. It can be easily corrected by using this feature.

In order to do a redraw of a job group window, select Redraw from the Display menu. The window will be completely redrawn.

3.5.8 Refresh states

The Refresh states feature is used to update the queue states icons in the job boxes. The states may not be up to date for a variety of reasons, but can be refreshed to reflect the true state of each job in the window.

In order to refresh the queue states of the jobs in a job group window, select Refresh states from the Display menu. All queue icons will be updated to their current state.

3.5.9 Start time states

Upon job completion, jobs will display the job completion icon until the next start time is encountered. The Start time states selection will display all jobs that are awaiting restart with the "Waiting for start time" queue icon instead of the "Complete" or "Failed" icon.

In order to display the "Waiting for start time" icons for all jobs awaiting restart, select Start time states from the Display menu.

3.5.10 Find job...

The Find job... selection allows the user to locate a job icon in a job group window by highlighting it with a thick black border. This is particularly useful in job groups containing large numbers of jobs where it is difficult to locate a particular job icon.

In order to highlight a particular job in a job group, select Find job... from the Display menu.

The job may be chosen from the list as shown in Figure 3-4. The job must be visible in the current job group in order to highlight it's icon.
