2.9.4 History...

To view historical data about a particular job, select History... from the Queue menu. The History Display Setup form will appear.

For a description of all fields in the History Display Setup form, see Section 2.2.3.3. To select specific queues to be displayed in the history display, select the Select... button in the Queue selection box. The queues may then be selected from the dialog box below.

Upon filling in the form, choose OK and the History will be displayed as shown below.

2.10 Options

The initiate option setting determines the event that will constitute an initiate conditions. An initiate can be triggered by the any of following job states:

• Success - Only start if job finished successfully.
• Warning - Only start if job finished with a warning.
• Error - Only start if job finished with an error.
• Failure - Only start if job finished with a fatal error.
• Completion Code - Start only if status was "n".
• Any - Start job always.

In order to set the initiate conditions for jobs in the job group windows, select Initiate... from the Options menu. The form shown below will appear.

Select the initiate conditions from the list by clicking on the button adjacent to the condition.

2.10.2 Submit...

The submit options are used to determine how jobs are submitted in the job group window. The options are as follows:

• Restart step number - The step qualifier indicates at which step to start the job.
• Set tag - The set tag qualifier specifies information to be passed from one job to another inside a set of jobs.
• Set parameter - The set parameter qualifier specifies information to be passed from one job to another inside a set of jobs.
• Set id - The set id qualifier indicates to what set the job belongs. If a number is not provided then the system automatically assigns the next available set number.
• Start delay - The after qualifier can be used to cause the job to be submitted and held until the specified interval of time has elapsed.
• Initiate - Indicates whether or not on completion of the job, the initiate list should be carried out.
• Prerequisite - Indicates whether the submitted job is to wait for all prerequisite jobs and resource requirements are met before submission for execution.

In order to set submit options, select Submit... from the Options menu. The form shown below will appear.
