Group Settings

Group settings allow the Administrator to assign access rights to a group of users. Once the group is created, users may be added to the group and will take on all privileges of that group. The group settings take precedence over user settings. See Group and user privileges for the privileges that may be granted.

In order set or change the settings of a Group:

  1. Log in as Administrator or a user with administrative privileges.
  2. Open the SYSCONTROL directory in the Explorer.
  3. Open the Groups directory.
  4. Create or open a group record.
  5. Right click and choose Properties or double click on the group name.
  6. Review and/or change the privilege setting for that group.
