Job's that are rescheduled by EnterpriseSCHEDULE can have the rescheduling cycle turned on and off if desired. When a job is set up to be rescheduled and a start time is added, rescheduling is set to on. Using this operation, rescheduling can be permanently or temporarily suspended.
In order to Stop job rescheduling in the Layout (if rescheduling is on):
