In order to remove the job box from the job group window, select Delete from the Job action menu.

3.6.9 Submit new set

The Submit new set selection submits the selected job in a new job set using the next available job set number.

In order to submit the job using the new job set number, select Submit new set from the Job action menu.

3.6.10 Submit same set

The Submit same set selection submits the selected job in the same job set as was previously used.

In order to submit the job using the same job set number, select Submit same set from the Job action menu.

3.6.11 Show dependencies...

The Show dependencies... selection can be used to show all dependencies directly connected to a selected job. This can be particularly helpful in a job group window displaying a large number of interconnected job icons.

In order to show all dependencies for a particular job, select Show dependencies... from the Job action menu.

The dependencies connected to the selected job will be displayed in a window in a similar manner to the way jobs are shown connected in a job group window. The figure below displays the show dependencies function for the job UPDATE_A.

3.6.12 Runtime statistics...

In addition to being able to view the runtime statistics in the graphical display, the actual numerical values may be monitored in comparison to the measured values.

In order to monitor runtime statistics for a particular job, select Runtime statistics... from the Job action menu.

The figure below displays the runtime statistics monitor window.

The left column shows the actual CPU time, elapsed time and I/O time values next to the right column which shows the measured values for these statistics. When the job is completed, the monitor window will disappear from the screen.

3.7 Variable action (Right click) menu

The Variable action menu is accessible by right clicking (using mouse button #3, however it is configured) on the job of choice in the job group window. The variable can be modified, deleted or removed from the job group window.

3.7.1 Modify value...

The value of variables may be modified manually by right-clicking on a variable in a job group window and selecting Modify value... from the menu. The variable value form will appear and the value may be changed as needed.
