Variable Layout Controls

The Layout controls for Variables determine how the job icons behave and are displayed in the layout. The settings are described in the table below.

In order to open the Variables Layout controls:

Click on the Variables tab in the Layout controls.

Variables default folder

This is the default folder for variables in this layout.

Variables names format

This determines the way the variable name is displayed in variable icons in the layout. The choices are:

Minimum is just the variable name
Full name is the variable job name including the node and/or the directory specification.
None - no variable name will be displayed.
