Access

User Identifier

This is number of string used to represent the user in the system. Typically it is the same as the user's logon name.

User Name

This is the name that you use when you logon to the system.

Access Granted To

All identifiers that currently have access to this job are listed here.

Type of Access

To change the access on a specific identifier just select it and then use this selection box to set the desired value.

Add

Press this button to add a new identifier to the above list.

Remove

Press this button to remove the currently selected identifier and it's access rights.

The Add Users Dialog box is used to grant access to the job to several levels of user. The four different types of user are defined as:

Select the user type from the list and click on the Add button to add the user to the Access list for this job.
