The job toolbar will be normally grayed out in the layout unless a job is selected. When a job is selected, the buttons will appear as below. These buttons perform tasks based on the job that is selected. These tasks can only be performed on one job at a time.
Note: The Job Toolbar is only visible when a Job in a Layout is selected

Job Properties Page |
Displays the job's properties page for display ot modification. |
Submit job |
Bring's up the submission window for the currently selected job and immediately submits the job if desired. |
View job log file |
Display the log file from the currently selected job's last run. |
Monitor job |
Bring up the job monitor window for the currently selected job and monitor job activity. |
Current job state |
Display the Current Job State for the currently selected job. |
Start Rescheduling cycle |
This will start the currently selected job's rescheduling cycle. |
Stop Rescheduling cycle |
This will stop the currently selected job's rescheduling cycle. |
Skip the next job run |
This will advance the next job run for the currently selected job. |
List scheduled runs |
This will list the scheduled job runs for the currently selected job. |
