Creating a job in the layout

Job creation involves initiating the job tool and clicking in the display screen to create as many jobs as you need for your job group. New jobs can always be added later. To create jobs in the layout window:

1. Either click on the Job Tool button, Click Object, Job or use the key combination ALT-J to initiate the Job Tool.
2. Left click in the Layout Window once for each of the jobs you want to create.

The jobs will be given a default name starting with Job1 and continuing on for the number of jobs you are creating. Once the jobs have been created, click on the Selection Tool button to select the jobs and continue working with them.
