14.1.1.1 Report name

The name layout for job control data reports is described in Figure 14-2.

The data category, which is the fourth word in the control report name, specifies which group of fields within the job control data is output. The data categories are listed in the following table.
Category Description
GEN General information such as comments and next start date.
NTF Notification controls such as which users to notify about specific events.
RES Resource requirements such as CPU time, elapsed time, and disk space requirements.
RSC Rescheduling controls such as rescheduling method.
SUB Submit controls such as batch queue, printer queue, and CPU time limit.
SUM Summary of the most important job control data fields.

The completeness, which is the third word in the control report name, specifies the level of completeness for output of the data fields of the selected data category. The levels of completeness are listed in the following table.
Completeness Description
ALL These are complete reports of a particular category, with multiple lines of print used for each selected item.
BRF These are brief reports of a particular category, with only one line of print used for each selected item.
