Data | Description |

Completion status | This is an output field that indicates the last completion status code that was generated by the job. |
Last start date | This time is an output field that is updated whenever the job has been submitted and is starting to execute |
Last submit date | This time is an output field that is updated whenever the job is submitted into a batch queue for execution. |
Last completion | This time is an output field that is updated whenever a job completes, either success or failure. |
No history | This flag suppresses the logging of events for this job. |
The Calendar Control Data form is used to modify the characteristics of
a scheduling calendar.
2.2.2.1 Calendar Control Data
Data | Description |
---|---|
Comment | This is just a text field into which any text data can be inserted. |
Fiscal start | The fiscal start is the first month of the calendar. This is relevant whenever a named day rescheduling method has been indicated and the names YEAR_START or YEAR_END have been specified. Choose the month from the drop down list. |
Workdays | Indicates whether weekends and/or holidays are to be counted as workdays. Select by using toggled radio buttons. |
Allow runs on | Indicates whether runs will be allowed on weekends and/or holidays. Select by using toggled radio buttons. |
Access | Brings up the access form as described in Table Section 2.2.1.2. |
Marked days | Brings up the marked days calendar screen. |
The queue forms are used to determine the output of the Queue Monitor,
the Queue Display and the Queue History menu selections. The fields in
these forms are described in the following tables.
2.2.3.1 Job Monitor Setup
Data | Description |
---|---|
Window title | The title that will appear on the Job Monitor window. |
Job name selection | The job(s) that will be included in the monitoring. |
Display only this set | If desired, only a chosen job set will appear in the monitor window. Enter the number of the job set in this field. |
Track all users | Toggle button determines whether all users will be monitored. |
Start display | Toggle button to determine whether to start the monitor display with the current status of a job. |
Queue selection | Determines which queues will be monitored. If all queues will be monitored, select All queues. Otherwise, select individual queue letters. |
