D Combination time consists of an absolute time value plus or minus a F delta time value. The delta time portion of the combination time must + always be preceded by a plus or minus sign.

H When you specify a combination time, you can omit the absolute time. If A you omit the absolute time, the delta time is an offset from the E current date and time. If you specify any part of the absolute time, G the defaults are those specified in the description of absolute times. F However, it is recommended that you specify the date-time information as completely as possible.
