\ A.4 MCL workstation logicals
D A series of logicals are used by MCL system when used on a 7 workstation. Some of these are established in the file F MCL_LIBRARY:MCL_DECW_START.COM. The various logicals are listed below:
I - MCL_DECW_FONT_FIXED_MEDIUM - This defines the font to use for all medium fixed pitch displays.G
- MCL_DECW_FONT_FIXED_BOLD - This defines the font to use for all bold fixed pitch displays.H
- MCL_DECW_FONT_VARIABLE_MEDIUM - This defines the font to use for % all medium variable pitch displays. J
- MCL_DECW_FONT_VARIABLE_BOLD - This defines the font to use for all bold variable pitch displays. G
- MCL_DECW_FONT_COLOR_MEDIUM - This defines the color to use with the medium font.I
- MCL_DECW_FONT_COLOR_BOLD - This defines the color to use with the bold font.G
- MCL_DECW_COLOR_MAIN_FORE[_N] - This defines the color to use in the foreground of each window.G
- MCL_DECW_COLOR_MAIN_BACK[_N] - This defines the color to use in the background of each window.H
- MCL_DECW_COLOR_MAIN_HIGH[_N] - This defines the color to use for highlighting in a window. J
- MCL_DECW_COLOR_BUT_FORE[_N] - This defines the color to use in the foreground of a button. J
- MCL_DECW_COLOR_BUT_BACK[_N] - This defines the color to use in the background of each button.G
- MCL_DECW_COLOR_BUT_HIGH[_N] - This defines the color to use for highlighting in a button. I
- MCL_DECW_COLOR_BW_BACK[_N] - This defines the color selections on J a monochrome workstation. This logical can one of two values "black" or
"white".J
- MCL_DECW_KEYBOARD - This defines the keyboard translation table to F use when using a workstation. The MCL system is capable of J mapping all keys on the keyboard to any letter or function. The default F value for this logical is "ENGLISH_TP_KEYBOARD". If a SYS_$LANGUAGE G logical is found the equivalence is used to replace the word ENGLISH.
H In some of the above logicals the sym "_n" has been added on the right. E The MCL system has the ability to startup multiple sessions A inside of one process (just enter <CONTROL> C or F6). Each C session can have its own color definitions. For example, by adding G ``_(2)'' to the logicals they then define the attributes for session 2. Y A.5 SCHEDULE/MCL controls
E Several logical names define the selection controls. They are listed below.
J - MCL_SCH_JOB_DIRECTORY - This defines the initial directory that is < to be examined. The default value is the persons username.F
- MCL_SCH_JOB_INCLUDE - This defines what jobs to include in the . selection list. The default value is an "*".F
- MCL_SCH_JOB_EXCLUDE - This defines what jobs to exclude in the 9 selection list. The default is to NOT exclude any jobs. D
- MCL_SCH_DIRECTORY_INCLUDE - This defines what directories to > include in the directory selection list. The default is all subdirectories. D
- MCL_SCH_DIRECTORY_EXCLUDE - This defines what directories to I exclude in the directory selection list. The default is not to exclude any.I
- MCL_SCC_CALENDAR_INCLUDE - This defines what calendars to include @ in the calendar selection list. The default is to include all.I
- MCL_SCC_CALENDAR_EXCLUDE - This defines what calendars to exclude D in the calendar selection list. The default is not to exclude any.F
- MCLSECINI - This defines what start up file (if any) should be A passed at start up to the editor used in the SCHEDULE/EDIT and - REPORT/EDIT commands. See the command file E MCL_LIBRARY:MCLSECINI_BUILD.COM for details on modifying your site < standard TPU files for use with MCL. The default value is $ MCL_LIBRARY:MCLSECINI.TPU$SECTION.
