Copying calendar marks

The process of copying marks from one year to another is a 3 step process. You must choose the source and target years, choose which marks to copy and finally decide how you are going to align the marks since in most cases dates will fall on different days of the week.

In order to copy calendar marks from one year to another:

1. Select the source and target year from the year fields.
2. Select the All Marks radio button or
3. Select the Specified Mark radio button and enter a letter.
4. Choose the alignment method.
5. Click on the Copy button and confirm the copy operation. This may not be undone.
