Appendix D - Using the EnterpriseSCHEDULE License Manager

The EnterpriseSCHEDULE License Manager is a utility used to License EnterpriseSCHEDULE Client and Server Licenses on local desktops and local or remote servers. All EnterpriseSCHEDULE software, both clients and client/servers must be licensed to operate. There are several EnterpriseSCHEDULE license types. These are shown in the list below:

License Type

Description

Permanent Server License

A permanent ISE server license is used to license the server where job activity takes place and where the jobs, layouts, variables etc are

Permanent Client License

A client license licenses the EnterpriseSCHEDULE client (also referred to as the GUI). There is no restriction to how many client licenses an organization can acquire as long as they are on maintenance with ISE.

45 day Demo License

A demo license is a Server/Client license that is issued during the EnterpriseSCHEDULE 45-day trial period.

2 Week Disaster Recovery

Disaster Recovery licenses can be obtained by a registered ISE user in case of a license expiration or hardware change when ISE support is not available
