Appendix I - Formatting Date Strings in EnterpriseSCHEDULE

Formatting Date Strings in EnterpriseSCHEDULE

This Appendix describes how Date String Formatting can be used in EnterpriseSCHEDULE to produce a wide array of custom strings for variables and preprocessing.

MORE INFORMATION

Date Strings are an extremely powerful tool in EnterpriseSCHEDULE for the substitution of the present, past and future date and/or time in variables. For example if there is a report that requires as qualifiers the date range of of one week ago and today, this can be inserted into the command section of a job as a variable and these dates will be substituted each time the job is run. This Tool Tip discusses how Date Strings can be formatted to customize how they are displayed in variables..
