Adding Workgroup Users Access

The Add Users Dialog box is used to grant access to the job to several levels of user. The four different types of user are defined as:

• Everyone - All users in the world
• Group - All members of the owners group
• Owner - The creaker/owner of this job
• System - The system and system users

Select the user type from the list and click on the Add button to add the user to the Access list for this job.
