Setting General Options

The General Options are used to set the default layout, specify the address of the SCHEDULE server and to reset all options to standard default values.

To set the General Options:

Select the General tab on the Options dialog.

There are three checkboxes to select General Preferences for the Layout. These are:

• Display progress windows when saving layout - Select to display animated progress window when saving layout.
• Display progress windows when loading layout - Select to display animated progress window when loading layout.
• Prompt to convert when opening motif layout - This will cause a prompt dialog asking the user if a MOTIF layout should be converted when loaded.

In addition there is a button to Reset all options in the Layout Options dialog to default values. This will effect all tabs of the dialog.
