Various components of the definition can be prompted for. To request data from the user the following formats must be used.
*."PROMPT_STRING" - The user will be prompted with the specified string and the responses is substituted at this point.
**."PROMPT_STRING" - Same as above. If this same prompt is made a second time within one report definition then the previous answer is used rather then requesting it again.
Only certain options and field names can be prompted for. In the description for each statement the options and field names that can be prompted for are indicated.
